On the 30th, Xiangtan announced a confirmed case; Ningxiang, Hunan added two new cases of asymptomatic infection.

Changde: Starting on the 30th, all people who do not need to leave Changde, and those who do need to leave must hold a certificate of negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours.

Ningxiang: Since the 30th, many scenic spots have been temporarily closed. The city has suspended training institutions, theaters, bars, Internet cafes, KTV, large-scale dinners, square dances, rural fairs, sacrifices, and dining in dining venues and other gathering activities.
