According to the official Weibo news of the Jiangsu Provincial Health Commission, between 0-24 on August 14th, 18 new local confirmed cases in Jiangsu (all reported from Yangzhou City, of which 17 were from centralized quarantine points) , 1 case of home isolation), 3 cases of light type, 15 cases of ordinary type. The above cases were treated in isolation in designated hospitals. There were 7 new discharged cases (all confirmed locally).

Since July 20th, a total of 796 local confirmed cases have been reported in the province (235 in Nanjing, 12 in Huai’an, 546 in Yangzhou, and 3 in Suqian). A total of 56 local confirmed cases have been discharged from hospital.
At present, 756 confirmed cases have been isolated and treated in designated hospitals, of which 740 are local confirmed cases (139 cases of light type, 558 cases of normal type, 26 cases of severe type, and 17 cases of critical type).
