In the Monte Azul invasion of the town of Media Luna, municipality of San Diego, Cesar, a young man identified as Alberto Quintero Donado was murdered, who received at least four gunshot wounds to different parts of his body.

According to the Police report, the crime is attributed to the AGC, because next to the body they left a pamphlet from this illegal group, which would be causing anxiety and fear among the community.

After learning of the incident, officials from the Sijín of the National Police and the Army arrived at the area and proceeded to technically inspect the body.

It was also established that in the letter left by the criminal group it said: ‘For a rat and a consumer.’

It turned out that Quintero Donado at some point in his life would have had problems with the justice system, which is why he was captured.
