Güral“We have been negotiating collective agreements at our porcelain factory since 1989, this is the first time we have experienced such an event. In our companies, we first met with the union in our sawmill in 1968 and signed a collective agreement. In 1989, the year our porcelain factory was opened, the union came. Collective agreement was signed. There has been a union in our porcelain factory for 34 years. We signed a collective agreement every 2 years. Currently, the collective bargaining agreement negotiations with the union are still continuing within the legal period and process.
