The reporter learned from China Railway Shenyang Bureau Group Co., Ltd. that on July 21, due to the continuous heavy rainfall in Zhengzhou, the railway department temporarily turned back and suspended some passenger trains.

details as follows:

On July 19, Kunming opened K2286/7 operation to Shimen County North Station, then turned back to Kunming Station, and handled passenger disembarkation at K2286/7 operation station. K2286/7 operations between Shimen County and Changchun were suspended.

On July 20, Shenzhen opened Z186/7 operation to Longchuan Station and then turned back to Shenzhen Station, and handled passenger disembarkation service at Z186/7 operation station. Z186/7 times out of service between Longchuan and Shenyang North.

On July 20, Hailar drove K928/5 times to Harbin Station and then turned back to Hailar Station. After stopping at K928/5 times, passengers can get off the bus. K928/5 times out of service between Harbin and Zhengzhou.

Shenyang Beikai Z12/3 was suspended on July 21.

On July 21, Shenyang Beikai K2048/5 was out of service.

On July 21, Xi’an opened K2046/7 times and stopped.

On July 21, Guangzhou opened T124/1 time out of service.

On July 21, Guangzhou Dongkai Z14/1 was out of service.

On July 21, Guangzhou opened T370/67/70 and closed.

On July 21, Harbin opened T184/1 time out of service.

On July 23, Dongguan Dongkai K570/67 was out of service.

The railway department reminds passengers that for trains that are out of service due to water damage, refund procedures can be processed at the station window within 30 days. Passengers who purchase tickets from the 12306 Railway Customer Service Center website can log on to the 12306 website to directly apply for refund procedures within 30 days.
