Terzo restaurant for Emanuele Scarello, the chef from Udine who, on his work uniform, has pinned three Michelin stars, two for Agli Amici di Godia (Udine) and one for the sister restaurant in Rovinj, overlooking the Istrian coast. This time Scarello returns to Italy, embracing a very important project in Sardinia. Details and contents will be revealed soon. For now it is known that the adventure will start in mid-July, to capture the highlight of the summer tourist season, and the restaurant will be in the heart of Cagliari.
