Al-Wardi said, in a statement to Hesport, that the problem goes back more than two months, when he was prevented from training and from traveling with the team to the Emirates to participate in a friendly league during the international break last January.

Al-Wardi also stressed that he had not received any invitation to undergo a doping test from the management of Raja Sports Club, contrary to what was promoted, and added: “If I had been asked to undergo the test, I would have done it without hesitation, because I have nothing to hide.”
The same spokesman indicated that he had not received his dues for a year, including monthly salaries and grants, adding: “Currently, I consider myself outside the team.” I continue my training individually, away from the club, while awaiting a decision on my file from the university.”
