Zhang Bo said that starting from December 27, 2021, Xi’an has added 35 medium-risk areas. Up to now, there are 1 high-risk areas and 150 medium-risk areas. The city has set up 5,077 sampling points, 11,669 sampling stations, and more than 31,000 sampling personnel. Each nucleic acid sampling point is guided by dedicated personnel, fixed routes, time-sharing divisions, and peak-shifting organizations to carry out nucleic acid screening work. With the active participation and active cooperation of citizens’ friends, the sampling work was carried out quickly and efficiently. As of 16:00, 6.42 million people had been sampled.
