It went into a rage after yet another check by the Local Police agents: for this reason a 36-year-old man of Moroccan nationality was arrested on the evening of Monday 4 July around 20.30 and transferred to command for his aggression towards the agents and some people present in Piazza Borsa.

“The subject had been reported as early as the afternoon for aggressive attitudes towards a compatriot»Explains the commander of the Treviso Local Police Andrea Gallo. “At the sight of the agents who stopped him for identification operations, he went on a rampage by beating a neighbor. Immediate intervention by the two Local Police patrols present in Piazza Borsa who put an end to violent attitudes by transferring the individual to Command ».

For BM, a complaint was made for resistance to a public official.

The presence of the Local Police patrols was greatly intensified in the last few days between via Fiumicelli, Via Zorzetto, Piazza Borsa and Via Toniolo: “In the last few weeks there has been a massive presence of young and very young people in the area”, underlines Gallo. “As a preventive and precautionary measure, the area is manned every day with foot services and dynamic checks”.
