Several manholes have blown; motorists forced to dribble obstacles by driving in a river of water. In via Jervis, history reappears at every storm and together with hail and rain, criticisms of citizens who are now forced to prepare shovels and boots for every storm have “rained” in many municipalities, from Ivrea to Rivarolo Canavese.
