TREVISO. On Tuesday at lunchtime they challenged each other with belts. Facing each other bare-chested, in via Fiumicelli, two middle-aged men, Italians, stopped only by the arrival of a police car. The day before, Monday afternoon, a 36-year-old Moroccan had been arrested in Piazza Borsa after having railed, for no reason other than his state of alteration, against some passers-by.
