Brescia, kills his ex-girlfriend with a hammer in the street, then calls the carabinieri: arrested

BRESCIA. A 49-year-old woman, Elena Casanova, mother of a 17-year-old girl, was hammered to death in the street by her ex-boyfriend, Ezio Galesi, of the same age, who then called the carabinieri and is under arrest. It happened in Castegnato, in the province of Brescia. The woman’s neighbors sounded the alarm.

According to the first reconstruction, Galesi would have waited for the woman in her house, attacking her a few moments after Elena Casanova parked her car. The two had not been together for about a year: the seventeen-year-old daughter of the woman was born from a first marriage.
