The Neiva Metropolitan Police captured a man and a woman in flagrante delicto in commune 6 of the capital of Huíla for the crime of violence against a public servant, while they were carrying out operations against micro-trafficking.
The incident occurred during an intervention by the uniformed officers assigned to the Criminal Investigation Section (SIJIN) on Carrera 28 with Calle 7 Sur in the Galán neighborhood, south of Neiva. The detained people, identified as “María”, 34 years old, and “Jhon”, 23 years old, with judicial records for theft, were placed at the disposal of the competent authority for the crime of violence against a public servant. In other events, uniformed officers assigned to the Terminal Police Station, in deployment of operational and preventive activities at the transport terminal, managed to capture a 54-year-old woman known as “Carmenza”, who upon verifying her identification document identity records current arrest warrant for the crime of negligent personal injury.
In this understanding, the captured person was made available to a control and guarantee judge, who will determine her legal situation.
