Students, graduates and anyone interested in starting a career can talk to company representatives at Chemnitz University of Technology on May 15, 2024 – registration and matching is possible via the app

The Career Service of Chemnitz University of Technology is organizing the “TUCconnect Spring” career fair on May 15, 2024 from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the central lecture hall and seminar building, Reichenhainer Straße 90. This fair will once again be an attraction for students at Saxon universities, Graduates and anyone who wants to find out more about starting a career. Those interested have the opportunity to meet numerous regional and national exhibitors, including companies from different industries, institutions and associations, in person and to exchange ideas about possible thesis topics, internships and career entry opportunities. If you want, you can use the browser-based app “talentefinder” to get an overview, match favorites and, if you are mutually interested, book a time slot for one Introductory conversation on May 15, 2024 agree.

In addition to the regular trade fair operations, there will also be initiatives on site that will bring visitors closer to their work and goals and show how colorful student life can be away from the lecture hall. There is also the option to take part in one Application photo shoot to participate. Jobwalls provide information about current job advertisements from exhibitors. Anyone interested can also get one Excursion to the Fraunhofer Institute for Machine Tools and Forming Technology IWU in Chemnitz connect as well as listen to various lectures: Career Service employees provide information on the topic Application documents, the community foundation and the Chemnitz Volunteer Center on the subject of volunteering and that State Office for Schools and Education on the possibilities of lateral entry into the Saxon school service. Registration for the excursion is already available in the Career Service semester program mytuc.org/start possible. No registration is necessary for the lectures. All offers are free of charge.
