One is to make every effort to ensure coal storage in power plants for more than 7 days. At present, the average number of days that can be used to store coal in 363 railway power plants across the country remains at 14.4 days.
The second is to increase the loading of electric coal into vehicles in the Northeast. Make full use of the railway capacity of Jining-Tongliao and Xilinhot-Ulanhot to give priority to meet the demand for direct coal transportation from central Inner Mongolia to the northeast; strengthen the organization of ports and stations such as Manzhouli and Suifenhe to ensure the fast and unobstructed transportation of imported coal; strengthen the combined transportation of coal and Tongliao by iron and water , Huolin Gol area coal transportation organization; dynamic adjustment of the passenger and freight power resource allocation of the two railway corridors of Beijing-Harbin and Jitong entering the northeast, and flexible increase of coal supply trains.
The third is to start in advance the work of ensuring coal supply for power generation and heating in winter. Strengthen the transportation of empty coal trucks to railway bureau group companies in major coal-producing areas such as Taiyuan, Hohhot, Xi’an, and Urumqi, and prioritize the shipment of coal for power generation and heating, so as to ensure that all coal is loaded and loaded, and support key areas and key power plants before the heating season. Improve the level of coal storage; adjust the daily maintenance of the sunroof, ensure the supply of locomotives, strengthen the daily organization and coordination of various departments such as internal freight and dispatch, and improve the efficiency of guaranteed supply and transportation.
