The prosecutor of Pordenone Raffaele Tito today rejected the request for a plea bargain to 5 years of imprisonment presented by the defense of Dimitre Traykov, the businessman of Bulgarian origin residing in Pordenone accused of multiple road homicide with the aggravating circumstance of escape and alcohol abuse and wrongful death.
