Covid, two out of three Italians like the Green Pass

by admin

ROME (ITALPRESS) – In the last few hours, the European Parliament has given the green light to the proposal for an EU digital Covid certificate, the “Green Pass”, which will make travel easier and safer during the pandemic and will certify vaccination with EMA approved sera or a swab negativity. A decision shared by 2 out of 3 Italians (67.7%) and which finds even more approval among the residents of the Islands (73.9%) who, in this way, will be able to benefit from a greater potential influx of tourists. This is what emerges from a Euromedia Research survey. A transversal sharing as this “Green Pass” is considered an important step towards restoring the free movement of citizens in the maximum possible safety, especially in view of the summer season, favoring tourism and the economic recovery of many activities in our country. However, there are those who consider this certificate a stretch. For 1 out of 4 Italians, in fact, the Covid Pass limits personal freedom, forcing citizens to get vaccinated or swab to be able to move freely. Euromedia Research data – Carried out on 01/06/2021 with mixed CATI / CAWI methodology on a sample of 1,000 representative cases of the Italian adult population.
