Li Youming took out his mobile phone and dialed according to the contact information. Within a few minutes, he contacted the company and agreed to go to the factory to sign the contract on the seventh day of the first lunar month.
This list is specially produced by the Deyang City Human Resources and Social Security Department to provide employment information for returning home. It collates the various employment position needs, technical requirements, salary benefits of local enterprises, as well as relevant information on rural tourism, planting and breeding, and other entrepreneurial projects. Wang Peng, a villager who returned to his hometown for the New Year, said that he wants to stay in his hometown this year and open a B&B, and is currently looking for a suitable venue. In the entrepreneurial project section of the list, he took a fancy to a small farmhouse in the next village. “This list has a lot of information and a lot of good opportunities. The conditions of this small house are in line with my vision.” Wang Peng explained.
This employment list has been spread to more than 100 villages in Deyang City and posted at temple fairs, markets, and restaurants. “More than 200,000 QR codes have been scanned online. The employment department has simultaneously reported to enterprises the situation of migrant workers scanning QR codes online to better match the needs of both parties,” said Xu Chenglu, deputy director of the Deyang Employment and Entrepreneurship Center.
