Born in 1980, from Bologna, Beniamino Margiotta is in his first appointment as a judge after his career as a lawyer. Yesterday the inauguration ceremony in the presence of colleagues, the Prosecutor’s Office and the Bar Association. “I am particularly happy to welcome this new colleague”, said the President of the Court, Antonella Coniglio, “because we need him so much and he will fill the recently created office of the family judge”.
The welcome to the young judge also came from the prosecutor Paolo Luca, who recalled how the country is going through a phase of useful and desirable reforms.
For Margiotta, the Belluno site was a choice also dictated by her passion for the mountains: «I was lucky, because this is a beautiful place and I intend to live here permanently. I am a mountain lover, a ski lover and I have been mountaineering and climbing for many years ”, explained judge Margiotta, who brings to five the togates in the civil sector of Belluno. «I will deal with family law, support administration and litigation, as well as assisting colleagues in the colleges. Being a judge has always been my dream and I’m happy to start my career here ».
