The governor of the Monagas state, Ernesto Luna, favors farmers in the Altamira sector of the Maturín municipality with the delivery of agricultural kits.
The regional leader made a visit to the community on March 15, where in addition to providing medicines to the primary health care center, delivering lights, water pumps and inspecting the execution of the adaptation of agricultural access roads, He listened to the farm workers in the area.
In this sense, in response to their proposals, producers José Brito, Carlos Jiménez and Franco Goitia received agricultural kits containing a sprayer, wheelbarrow, rake, hoe, machete, fertilizer and insecticide.
“The governor keeps his word, he was here yesterday, we told him our need and he answered: tell us that you are going to receive what you need so that you can continue working. In less than 24 hours we are receiving the kits we needed,” said Brito.
