Ex Ceramica, another week of discussions with buyers

The extension was granted by the regional institutional table. The improvement offer of one of the other two groups that participated in the race for Trichiana remains on the table

BORGO VALBELLUNA. Another week of time was granted by the institutional table held in the Region today, Friday 18 March, for the purchase negotiation of the Ideal Standard plant and of the Ceramica Dolomite brand.

By extending the deadline set for the exclusive analysis of the industrial plan presented by the consortium formed by Banca Finint, Delfin, Pro.gest and Luigi Rossi Luciani Sapa, an attempt was made to give the necessary time to conclude the checks between the parties to reach , perhaps as early as next week, to a pre-agreement.

The news comes directly from the regional councilor Elena Donazzan. , they write from Palazzo Balbi, underlining, however, that if an agreement is not reached, despite the extension, there are other opportunities for the Trichiana factory. In fact, one of the three competitors, that is the Italian bathroom furniture factory, has sent conditions for improving its industrial proposal as an alternative to the one currently under discussion between the parties.

The next meeting was set for March 25th.
