UDINE. Angelo Zuccolo, 63, of Flambro, Loris Merlino, 60, of Povoletto, and Ezio Temporale, 70, of Pagnacco, were acquitted of the charge of criminal association aimed at obtaining public funds.
And the court ruled not to have to proceed due to the statute of limitations for the crime of aggravated fraud (again to obtain public funds), for which Matteo Nimis, 47, resident in Rome, and Anna Degano, 56, from Flambro were also accused.
