Maniago mourns another of his last historical cutlers: Giuseppe Venier, known as “Bepi Lepre”, died at 88 years old. He was part of that generation that cut its teeth in the workshop, learning the trade handed down from father to son.

Maniago doc, he started working at the age of 14 in the renowned company Oreste Rosa Fauzza: after the long working day, he attended the three-year evening school for mechanics.
