The 397th imported confirmed case overseas is of Chinese nationality, and his recent residence is Italy. The patient took a flight (NO946) from Milan, Italy, and arrived at Tianjin Binhai International Airport on December 17. His body temperature was normal when he entered, and there was no abnormality in the declaration. After customs quarantine inspection and sampling, they were transferred to the centralized isolation medical observation point in Baodi District. He developed fever on the 21st and his highest body temperature was 37.8°C. He was transferred from the 120 ambulance to the Airport Hospital. The new coronavirus nucleic acid test result was positive that day, and he was transferred from the 120 ambulance to Haihe Hospital for treatment. After comprehensive analysis by the municipal expert group, it was determined as a confirmed case (light type) of imported new coronary pneumonia from our city. Implement closed-loop management throughout the process.
There were no new imported asymptomatic infections in our city, with a total of 421 cases (416 imported from abroad), 12 cases were still under medical observation (all imported from abroad), 354 cases were removed from medical observation, and 55 cases were converted to confirmed cases.
After discussion by the city’s expert group, the 389th imported overseas confirmed case met the discharge criteria and was discharged from Haihe Hospital today and transferred to a centralized isolation medical observation point.
