[Epoch Times August 20, 2021](Interviews by Epoch Times reporters Gu Xiaohua and Zhang Yujie) The CCP implemented big data control on the grounds of the epidemic, and the people in mainland China were forced to “many staff”, but they often exposed chaos. Recently, big data about the epidemic in Henan has gone wrong. A driver who has been working in other places told The Epoch Times that he was tested every day but was forced to quarantine as a result and was facing heavy economic losses. Many people in Henan were unable to go out because of this.

Big data of Henan epidemic exposes chaos

Mr. Chen is a fuel tank truck driver at the Shandong Chemical Plant. His hometown is Shangdian Town, Ruyang County, Henan Province. Although he has not returned to Henan in two or three years, he must use the Henan Provincial Health Code for daily traffic.

Mr. Chen told the Epoch Times reporter on August 18 that recently the health codes of many people in Henan suddenly became “yellow codes” and they could not go out. He got a negative test result in Shandong on August 14 and set off on the same day to Jiangxi to deliver fuel. However, on the 16th, the health code and Alipay suddenly became “yellow codes.”

According to the regulations of the Chinese Communist Party, “yellow code” personnel must restrict travel, carry out nucleic acid tests nearby, or check valid nucleic acid negative certificates and then be included in community health surveillance management.

“I don’t contact anyone, and I do nucleic acid every day.” Mr. Chen said.

When Mr. Chen’s health code changed to “yellow code”, he was passing through Huaining County, Anqing City, Anhui. He contacted the government of his hometown in Henan, but he has not been able to resolve it so far. He said: “We can’t figure it out right now. It’s useless for me to find anyone. Our city’s epidemic prevention and control office can’t get through, and the province’s epidemic prevention and control phone can’t get through, and I can’t contact anyone.”

Mr. Chen also revealed to reporters that there are many “codes” in the hands of ordinary people. In addition to the health codes of Henan Province, he also has the Luokang codes of Luoyang, as well as the itinerary codes, Alipay, WeChat, etc., all must be green codes to travel, otherwise it will be difficult to travel.

Forced to quarantine and suffered heavy economic losses

After suddenly turning into a “yellow code” in Anhui, Mr. Chen was forcibly isolated and re-tested, and the tanker was forced to be placed on the side of the road. He said that from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the 16th, the test result turned out to be negative before he was released from quarantine.

Mr. Chen has already arrived in Jiangxi, but because his Henan Province health code is still the “yellow code”, he cannot load the car.

He said: “I can’t load a truck in any chemical plant now. I am very speechless now. I was delayed by one day yesterday. I lost two thousand yuan a day (car loans, insurance, workers’ wages).”

“My fuel tank truck was bought by myself. It’s nearly 700,000 yuan. It’s almost a year. There is still one year to repay the loan. The car loan is 20,000 to 30,000 yuan a month. Who will pay for this expense? Like we don’t have it every month. An income of 50,000 is a loss of money.” He said.

Mr. Chen planned that if the health code does not become a “green code”, he will return to Shandong with an empty car and lose money. “I have to do everything possible to use the media or something like Douyin to ask, how to solve it, how to deal with it, a lot of it with me It changed suddenly.”

Mr. Chen revealed to reporters that the health code issue, coupled with continued city lockdowns and high costs, has now become very difficult for the mainland’s transportation industry.

He said: “This year, you can’t make money without eating or drinking. You lose every month. Now I don’t know how to do it. In China’s transportation industry, every driver now, look at it, now you can cook. If you do it in the car, you can’t eat outside, you just don’t have any money to earn, and you don’t earn enough from the car loan every month.”

“Ours is a dangerous industry, because our cars are more expensive than ordinary goods, and the high-speed charges are also more expensive. What can you do if you have no money? What if you can’t lose money? You will lose money directly when you come over. The driver has worked so hard to walk down the road and run for an extra day. That’s all you have to do.” Mr. Chen said.

He said: “The current climate in China doesn’t know what’s going on. The current transportation industry is directly paralyzed. It doesn’t make money and there are too many vehicles. Now the entire Shandong’s tanker trucks have stopped, at least 50,000 or 60,000.”
