On April 26, 2024, the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, Municipal Public Security Bureau, Municipal Justice Bureau, and other government agencies in Fuxin jointly launched the “4.26 World Intellectual Property Day” Copyright Publicity Week activity. The event aimed to raise awareness about the importance of intellectual property rights and honor businesses and individuals who have made significant contributions in this field.

During the event, licenses were awarded to 6 enterprises that were recognized as having national intellectual property advantages. Among the recipients were “Liaoning Daikin”, “Fuxin Xugong”, and “Fuxin Wanda”. Additionally, 20 individuals were appointed as the city’s first batch of intellectual property publicity ambassadors, including Gao Hui from Liaoning University of Engineering and Technology.

To engage with the public, more than 30 market supervision cadres and the intellectual property publicity ambassadors distributed informational brochures and shared knowledge about trademark, patent, and copyright protection. This initiative aimed to educate residents about the importance of protecting intellectual property rights and promoting innovation.

Fuxin has made significant progress in the field of intellectual property rights in recent years.
