Thus in a note the University regarding the case of the sexist statements on the leader of Fdi Giorgia Meloni, made by Gozzini, a professor in Siena, in a broadcast on Controradio on 19 February last.
Gozzini had already been suspended as a precaution by the University and the rector had proposed a 3-month suspension.
