Green pass, Viminale sends a circular to the prefects: reshape the controls based on the new anti-Covid measures

Reshape the control activities and related services as a result of the end of the emergency and the redefinition of the Covid containment measures. This is the indication of the Interior Ministry in a circular sent to the prefects.

The decree of 24 March eliminated the subdivision of the Regions into zones by color with consequent “uniformity of application on the national territory” of the residual limitations. The circular therefore reminds us that until April 30th FfP2 masks and the basic Green Pass on planes, ferries and long-distance trains remain mandatory for outdoor shows (reinforced for indoor ones); only the Ffp2 mask for local public transport and school buses, cable cars and chairlifts with a windscreen dome; respiratory protective equipment in all indoor locations (except for children under 6 years of age).

It summarizes the measures for the gradual overcoming of the Green Pass: no longer necessary outdoors, “degraded” to a basic certificate for indoor restaurants. The Super Green Pass, on the other hand, remains until the end of the month for shows, swimming pools, gyms, conferences, parties and game rooms. Managers are required to be vigilant and sanctions remain in force.

Having said that, the circular, signed by the Chief of Staff Bruno Frattasitherefore invites to plan the control activities in the light of the new provisions, involving the provincial committees for order and safety.
