BELLUNO. He falls on his bicycle and hits his head. PDC, a 52-year-old from Belluno, was descending on his mountain bike from Ronce (Nevegal), when along the road leading to Crede he landed at a hairpin bend near Casera Masot. The man, who was in the company of his wife and some friends, beat his head and it was his fellow adventurers who called for help. The first to arrive were the Alpine Rescue men aboard an off-road vehicle. Later, the Treviso Emergenza helicopter, Leone 1, from which the medical and technical helicopter rescue team disembarked with a 25 meter winch. The wounded man was embarked and taken on board for transport to the emergency room of the San Martino hospital.
