This is the case of a student from the Malignani institute in Cervignano, who this year moved to the isis Galileo Galilei-Enrico Fermi-Nicolò Pacassi in Gorizia. The TAR of Friuli Venezia Giulia pronounced the sentence, accepting the appeal presented by the lawyer Debora Tufo, defender of the boy.
The Ministry of Education and Isis Malignani, represented by the State Attorney’s Office of Trieste, formed the procedure.
