Inside the house there was the owner who was resting and did not notice the fire. To save the lady the companion of the nephew who, noticing the flames, asked for help from passers-by, who called the firefighters. Five fire brigade teams rushed to the scene and managed to prevent the fire from spreading to the rest of the house. The first to rush was the gas technician, who closed the plant, avoiding worse consequences.

The hypothesis is that the fire was triggered by the short circuit of an electric wire in the garage. The owner, a 76-year-old retiree, was not at home.
