SPILIMBERGO. On Facebook he railed against the president of Promotur. Luca Vidoni from Udine, at the time at the top of the institution, sued him for defamation, considering those messages harmful to his reputation. Six years later, the first instance trial ended with the conviction of the author of the posts, the 53-year-old Spilimberghese Marco Putelli, defended by the lawyer Ivan Cesaratto.

Judge Bernardi sentenced the accused to a fine of 600 euros and compensation of two thousand euros to the civil party, formed with the lawyer Lorenzo Cudini.
