Health, twenty individual appeals against the obligation to vaccinate

The first appeals of the Tuscan health workers have started, to request the cancellation of the suspension from work for non-fulfillment of the vaccination obligation. The requests for cancellation of the thousand Tuscan public health operators remain at stake. Close to the suspensive hearing, which was to be held on 7 September, the lawyers gave up, so the TAR of Tuscany has set a hearing on the merits on 2 February.
