There were 50 observing stations in 11 counties including Liuzhi, Shuicheng, Panzhou, Zhongshan, Nayong, Qixingguan, Songtao, Xingyi, Shiqian, Hezhang, Guanling, and 156 observing stations with heavy rain. Rainfall above heavy rain is mainly in the west of Bijie City, Liupanshui City, and the west of Qianxinan Prefecture.
