Precise design of starch structure and product creation
The “Precise Design of Starch Structure and Its Product Creation” project takes green and renewable starch resources as the starting point, focuses on the precise design of starch molecular structure, based on the regulation of digestibility, release of functional factors, probiotics, adhesion, etc., and creates New starch products such as fast-digesting starchy energy glue, high-branched and slow-digesting starch, conditioners for toiletries, thermosetting starch adhesives, amylose oligosaccharides, etc., are used in food, adhesives, toiletries, etc. The field has been promoted and applied, greatly improving the added value of starchy agricultural products and the product quality in the application field, promoting the transformation and upgrading of related industries, meeting the needs of the people for a better life, and helping the construction and development of a healthy China.
Key technology and industrialization of upgrading manufacturing of special oils for food industry
The “Key Technology and Industrialization of Upgrading and Manufacturing Special Oils for the Food Industry” project focused on the research on trans fatty acids of special oils, and took the lead in the domestic research and development of basic theories, processing technologies and core equipment design and manufacturing related to non-hydrogenated fats and oils, and improved non-hydrogenated fats and oils. The basic theoretical system of special oils and fats has overcome the core processing technical problems, developed key equipment with independent intellectual property rights, realized the innovative manufacturing of a series of non-hydrogenated special oils and fats, formulated a series of relevant national industry standards, and comprehensively promoted related processing in my country. The upgrading and health of food will contribute to the protection of people’s health and the promotion of a healthy China.
