The Municipality’s plan for regeneration and conventioned building: zero charges and plus 25 percent of cubic capacity for the awarded projects
TREVISO. Volumetric increases and zeroing of taxation for those who renovate buildings in the historic center and in the neighborhoods, assigning them to residence, contracted housing, accommodation and accommodation; interventions to promote neighborhood businesses.
It is the municipal “House plan”, launched by the administration to give a boost to the redevelopment of degraded contexts and to favor the three main assets on which the Municipality aims: new inhabitants (especially in the center), tourism, commerce.
All property owners who have presented a project “deemed worthy” in the municipality will be able to access the incentives and reliefs, explains the city planning councilor Linda Tassinari. The potential of the municipal “house plan” will not in fact be available to everyone but only to projects which, after being presented to the administration through a specific announcement that will be opened shortly, will pass the various degrees of technical judgment.
What do you earn
The Municipality has drawn on the treasure of non-built volumes provided for by the Pat, and has put on the plate a quantity that can be distributed among the projects and possibly increased based on the number of proposals considered valid. The promoted projects will have the possibility to choose between a potential increase in volume of 25%; an additional volume of 5000 cubic meters; o a 25% increase in the heights allowed for the area.
“The building advantages are tighter than the 2050 house plan” underlines the city planning councilor, and will not be cumulative with this, “but those who can access them will also have on their side the significant cost reduction useful to make everything more attractive it is feasible”

The municipal “house plan” provides for the exemption from the construction contribution (referring to primary and secondary charges) on the assigned building capacity and the cancellation of the extraordinary contribution. A nice saving for both businesses or individuals who want to refurbish some old buildings or have been waiting for the right opportunity for years. The effect of the plan could also be felt on trades.
“Less land consumption”
“This choice has as its aim the reduction of land consumption through the urban improvement of the existing building,” said the city planning councilor Linda Tassinari yesterday. “In addition, this specific action has the purpose of facilitating urban redevelopment interventions, as well as the restructuring, recovery and reuse of abandoned buildings or in the process of being disposed of, also responding to principles of densification, efficiency and seismic safety”.
