Great success for the first edition of the Italian artisan ice cream festival which took place from 3 to 5 June in Rivara, in the park of Villa Ogliani, with over 12 thousand visitors.
Eleven associations from Rivara came together to form Associainsieme and give life to a unique event of its kind: 15 Italian ice cream masters, from numerous regions of Italy, had their specialties tasted, ranging from the scent of Tyrolean hay to truffles Umbrian summer, from the passito di Caluso to the Tuscan saffron.
