CERVIGNANO. The one between Andrea Balducci’s center-right and Andrea Zampar’s center-left was a heads-up battle: at 18 played, with ten sections out of fourteen already scrutinized, the two were only one vote of difference. In the end, the center-right won by 22 votes, which therefore took one of the strongholds of the center-left off its opponents.
