The citizens of Cotignola take to the streets again to make the city more decent. During the event “Let’s clean up the city”, participants engage in a coordinated voluntary action to clean public spaces. This moment not only contributes to keeping the environment cleaner, but also raises awareness about caring for the territory and urban heritage.

Anyone can participate, no specific skills or experience are required. Just go to one of the six meeting points:

In Barbiano, at the entrance to Via Ungaretti of the Conti park. In Cotignola, at the Zini park (primary school), at the Bacchettoni park (via Roma on the corner of via Cairoli), at the Rita Atria park on via Zanzi, in via Zanzi (on the corner of via Madonna di Genova) and finally in Piazzale della Pace (in front of the Church of suffrage).

All participants will be provided with disposable bags, pliers and gloves, but it is also possible to use their own equipment.

At around 5pm, in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, there will be a final convivial moment. Participants will receive a small gift offered by the Cora group and will be rewarded “trash challenge” of the day, which will only be revealed upon departure. Finally, there will be refreshments with fruit juices offered by Conserve Italia from Barbiano.

The children’s council, the Cotignolese cycling club, the Cotignola runners and the Cotignolawalk group will participate in the event.

For further information, you can contact the Urp on 0545 908871 (Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm). On the day of the event the number 339 8310504 will be active.
