This is exactly what third-party providers such as Appfigures have specialized in and take on the job of meaningfully preparing said data (for a fee). However, there are also regular technical problems with the platform and incorrect advertisements.
This week, for example, there was a cheering mood among some developers because, according to Apple, there was suddenly massive interest in the apps on offer. For some, it looked like the American dream from rags to app riches would soon come true – until Apple documented problems and stated that it was currently providing incorrect data and displaying sales multiple times. However, this not only destroyed some hopes, some people are also likely to receive a higher bill: namely if systems for use who automatically invest a certain portion of their sales in advertising.
Safari Technology Preview 192 distributed
There is a separate one for Apple’s in-house browser Safari Test channel, outside of the normal beta versions of upcoming systems. In some cases, technologies are used for the first time in the “Safari Technology Previews” that only find their way into the final versions much later, but the builds often serve to prepare for upcoming updates. The Safari Technology Preview 192 is now available and offers some improvements.
According to the description, the new build contains bug fixes and updates in the areas of authentication, CSS, JavaScript, media, appearance, web APIs and web extensions. As always, there are versions for the current system (Sonoma) and its immediate predecessor (Ventura). In the official ones Release Notes Apple goes into detail about the latest adjustments, including references to the specific code changes in the WebKit project.
