In Ivrea, in the late morning of Friday 9 July, a 54-year-old woman was hit by a car driven by a 90-year-old. The woman was in the pedestrian crossing between Corso Massimo d’Azeglio and Via dei Mulini. The old man, from Corso Massimo was turning into via dei Mulini and proceeded slowly.
To detect the incident, two municipal police patrols and 118 arrived to help the woman, who was conscious but in pain. The woman was transported to the Ivrea hospital to be treated.
