Chemnitz University of Technology (TUC) started a new round of its annual student survey on May 2, 2023 with the “TUCpanel” format. By participating in this central monitoring instrument for measuring study satisfaction, students can provide important impulses for the data-based and accreditation-compliant further development of studies, teaching, examinations, study organization, mobility and equal opportunities, while addressing both positive and challenging aspects. The “TUCpanel” thus enables sustainable quality development in teaching and studying. All students who have been enrolled at the TUC or TUCed – An-Institut für Transfer und Weiterbildung GmbH for at least one semester are invited to participate. The survey is offered in German and English. To participate, students at Chemnitz University of Technology have already received an individualized link to the survey via email to their TUC address. The survey is still pending 10. May 2024 possible.
For data protection reasons, the minimum number of participants per course is five people. Therefore, all TUC students are asked to take part in the survey and to pay attention to the five-person threshold, especially in smaller courses. “We would like to thank the teachers, the student success managers of the faculties as well as the student councils and specialist groups for drawing so many people’s attention to the survey. Over the past few years, we at Chemnitz University of Technology have been able to consistently achieve very high results “Achieve response rates and it would be very desirable to continue this positive trend,” says Alica Beckel from the Student Success Management Office.
