«From April 1, 2024, the amount of compensation is UAH 8,000. This is the amount of the official minimum wage. In the future, the payment amount will increase in proportion to its growth. Before that, the amount of compensation was UAH 7,100.

Previously, it was possible to receive a payment only for the first two months of employment of an IDP, and there were no additional conditions regarding the employment of displaced persons with disabilities.”

Compensation is now calculated for the first three months of hiring an IDP and for the first six months if the employed IDP has a disability.

«Go to the “Action” portal in the citizen’s office using an electronic signature.

Select the period for which compensation should be received and enter data on the employed IDP. When choosing the period for the second month, confirm the subsequent employment of the person.

If the application for the first month was submitted to a branch of the State Employment Center, note this and enter data on the employed IDP.

Confirm that the person is still working.

The portal will check whether she is in the register of IDPs.

Enter your current account details to receive funds.

Next, the Portal will generate a statement.

Sign the application with an electronic signature.

After that, it will be sent to the State Employment Center. Wait for the funds to be credited.”

Previously, the lawyer’s opinion about who has the right to drive a car without an insurance policy was published.
