On April 16, 2024, Premier Li Qiang and German Chancellor Scholz participated in the Sino-German Economic Advisory Committee symposium at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. The symposium provided a platform for communication between the leaders and more than 20 entrepreneurs from both China and Germany.

During the event, Li Qiang emphasized the significance of the economic and trade cooperation between China and Germany. He highlighted the importance of maintaining an open and fair market environment to cultivate competitive enterprises and achieve mutual benefits for both countries.
