Mercedes Benz Driver Forces Traffic Jam in Xuwen Port, Public Security Bureau Takes Action

A recent incident at Xuwen Port involving a Mercedes Benz has caused quite a stir on the internet. The driver, in a display of arrogance, allegedly forced a traffic jam and even smashed a hole in the hood of the vehicle while in the lane.

Following the incident, concerned netizens reported the matter to the traffic police department, urging authorities to take action. In response, the Public Security Bureau of Xuwen County, Zhanjiang, Guangdong issued a notice today regarding the incident.

According to the notice, on January 29, a dispute broke out between the drivers and passengers of two small cars while queuing for passage at Xuwen Port. A video of the incident went viral, prompting the bureau to launch an investigation.

It was revealed that the altercation occurred between a white car and a black commercial vehicle over the order of passage while queuing up to purchase tickets and board the ship at Xuwen Port. A passenger in the black business car, identified as Mr. Wang, allegedly got off the bus, approached the white car, and proceeded to insult the driver before smashing the hood of the car with his fists, causing damage.

As a result of the investigation, Wang has been administratively detained for 10 days and fined 500 yuan in accordance with the law.

The incident serves as a reminder for all drivers to exercise patience and civility on the road, and to avoid escalating disputes to physical altercations.
