Martina Rossi: Cassation confirms the 3-year sentences

Accused of attempted sexual assault. ‘Inadmissible’ appeals

(ANSA) – ROME, OCTOBER 07 – The fourth criminal section of the Supreme Court confirmed the sentence of the Court of Appeal of Florence which on April 28 sentenced Alessandro Albertoni and Luca Vanneschi to 3 years for attempted sexual violence against Martina Rossi. The young Genoese student died on 3 August 2011 when she fell from the sixth floor of a hotel in Palma de Mallorca, where she was on vacation with her friends. Their appeals were declared inadmissible by the Supreme Court.
