12On the morning of May 23, the Party Group Theory Learning Center of the Municipal Provident Fund Center studied and implemented the spirit of the 14th Plenary Session of the Eighth Municipal Party Committee. Wang Songlin, secretary and director of the Central Party Group, presided over the meeting and conveyed the spirit of the 14th Plenary Session of the Eighth Municipal Party Committee. The members of the theoretical study center group had a learning exchange.

The meeting pointed out that this plenary meeting is not only a theoretical study meeting to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Party, but also a political presentation meeting that is aligned with the benchmarks. Secretary Zhang Bing’s report profoundly explained the milestones of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China from eight aspects, and revealed the centuries-old history of the Chinese Communist Party’s struggle in Jiaxing with the “12 things that must never be forgotten” system, especially in General Secretary Xi Jinping himself. Concerned about the historic achievements and historical changes that Jiaxing has made under the guidance of the magnification of 12 new advantages, Jiaxing will keep in mind the leaders’ entrustment, keep the “red roots” in mind, and demonstrate the red ship’s starting point on the new road to rushing to the exam. New responsibilities and new actions have been fully deployed.

The meeting pointed out that the city’s provident fund system should integrate the study, publicity and implementation of the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee and the Provincial and Municipal Committees, to further understand and fully grasp the rich connotation and core essence of the Plenary, and to have a deep understanding and grasp of “12 things that can never be forgotten.” The historical experience, political responsibility and requirements of the times, firm political convictions, consciously shoulder the mission of the red ship’s starting point, and unswervingly be a loyal supporter of “two establishments” and a model leader of “two maintenance”.

The meeting emphasized that it is necessary to have the “bigger of the country” in mind, gather wisdom, focus on building the most exciting section of the “important window”, build a model city of common prosperity, and make full use of the advantages of the system to actively perform departmental functions. To beWe have a broader vision to promote system inclusiveness, greater efforts to promote digital reforms, a deeper sentiment to ensure people’s livelihood, and higher requirements to create a high ground for party building. Efforts should be made to demonstrate responsibility in the journey of amplifying new advantages and forging ahead in a new era, and strive to create discernible and influential development results.

The meeting requires close contact with reality, focus on “six stresses and six actions”, leadership taking the lead, full coverage, and meticulous organization to further set off an upsurge of study, publicity and implementation, and greet the 20th National Congress of the Party with excellent results.
