The Permanent Conference of Services for road construction sites and events, which meets on a weekly basis, in the presence of representatives of the Local Police Service, the Roads, Roads and Traffic Service, Municipalities 2 and 4, the 2i Rete Gas Spa Company and of e-Distribuzione Spa, has approved some construction sites which will affect the following roads:

the pavement redevelopment works will continue
viale Augusto, affecting the stretch between via degli Scipioni and piazza San Vitale, towards piazza Italia. To allow these works to be carried out safely, the cycle path on Viale Augusto will be closed in the stretch between the Faculty of Engineering and Piazza Italia in the direction of the latter.

for urgent cleaning and removal of spontaneous vegetation and weeds along the Vomero – Plain perimeter, by Napoli Servizi Spa and ASIA Spa the following ramps will be closed to transit: Entrance ramp from via Montagna Spaccata, towards Vomero; Entrance ramp from via Vicinale Cupa Cintia, towards Vomero.

the intermediate road on via Acton which directs vehicles towards via Nazario Sauro will be closed to vehicular traffic, due to the work to replace the outreach pole, by the ANM, of the traffic light system present there.

to allow the renovation works inside an apartment, located on the 21-22 floor of the “Giuseppina” tower, it will be necessary to occupy an area of public land, with mobile cranes, in via Taddeo da Sessa corner of viale Umberto Terracini, with the consequent closure of the section below the Directional Center of viale Umberto Terracini which connects with via Taddeo da Sessa, except for emergency vehicles. Vehicles coming from Viale della Constitution must continue straight, turn right onto Via Domenico Aulisio until the intersection with Via Emanuele Gianturco, merge onto the latter and then reach Via Taddeo da Sessa. Furthermore, the suspension of n. 1 taxi stand in the widening of via Taddeo da Sessa in correspondence with viale Umberto Terracini.

“via Pigna” ramp
(from the Vomero exit of the ring road to the confluence with the Vomero-Pigna junction) will be closed to traffic for the execution of static adaptation works on the via Cilea ramp by Tangenziale di Napoli Spa. Vehicles coming from the Vomero toll booths will be able to use , alternatively, the “via Caldieri” exit ramp.
Dal 01/29/2024 al 03/21/2024 excavation works will be carried out by Terna Rete Italia for the replacement of a section of the underground HV electricity line in via Mario Palermo for the stretch of road between via Emilio Salgari and via Carmen, including a joint hole and a window hole, as well as further excavations to be carried out on via Mario Pilati, on via Carmen and on via Sambuco, for the creation of two further joint holes for the connection of the network and 11 window holes. The works will be carried out in different phases according to the following methods:
– Phase I from 01/29/2024 to 03/08/2024: replacement of the electrical line section and formation of holes in joints and windows for the connection of the street network Mario Palermo, in the stretch between via Emilio Salgari and via Carmen by setting up a fixed construction site located in the center of the semi-roadway. Therefore, during this period, a traffic ban will be established along the right semi-lane towards the north of via Mario Palermo, in the stretch between via Emilio Salgari and via Carmen. During the closure of the aforementioned road section to vehicular traffic, you can first turn right onto via Flauto Magico and then left onto via Sambuco. To reach via Carmen, at this point, you can turn left on the latter, to instead get back onto via Mario Palermo, continue on via Sambuco to reach and turn left again and enter via Don Sturzo, continue until to via Emilio Salgari and finally reach via Mario Palermo.
– II phase from 21 to 22/03/2024: At the same time as the works on via Mario Palermo, the holes will be drilled and the cables laid along via Carmen and via Sambucoup to number 25. During this phase the works will be carried out with open traffic.
– III phase from 02/27/2024 to 03/21/2024: the excavation works will continue along via Mario Pilati, starting from the residual stretch of via Mario Palermo up to the intersection with via Ravioncello, partly affecting the pavement and partly the road and without interrupting vehicular traffic. The works will be carried out in open traffic with only the narrowing of the roadway. Furthermore, a protected walkway will be set up to ensure safe pedestrian transit.
At the end of the excavation and burial work phases for all the sections indicated, we will proceed with the temporary restoration of the road and pavement, demobilizing the entire construction site of both via Mario Palermo and via Mario Pilati, in order to allow the resumption of the vehicular and pedestrian transit. Finally, the definitive restorations on the roadway of the affected section of via Mario Palermo, between via Salgari and via Carmen, will be extended to the entire width of the semi-roadway affected by the excavation.

via Partenope and via Nazario Sauro, as part of the redevelopment works on the pedestrian cycle of Naples, the section between Piazza Vittoria and Molosiglio, work will be carried out for the construction of a sewer pipe. The works will affect the vehicle area of via Partenope, in front of the Faculty of Economics and Commerce, and the entire via Nazario Sauro, up to the intersection with via Acton. We will proceed with mobile construction sites of such dimensions as to guarantee the passage of vehicles at every stage. During the execution of the works, traffic on the cycle path will be suspended for the entire stretch, from Piazza Vittoria to Via Acton. Furthermore, parking stalls will be suspended for the time and stretches strictly necessary for carrying out the planned work. Finally, the temporary restorations will be carried out as the construction site progresses.

for urgent repair work on damaged plaster on the façade of a building located at number 4 of vico Santa Maria delle Grazie in Capodimonteby the company GEBI Service Srl, the stretch between Via Francesco Curia and Via Bosco di Capodimonte will be temporarily closed to vehicular transit.
