This is foreseen by the draft of the decree for the return of public administration workers prepared by the Minister of the Public Administration, Renato Brunetta, to overcome the use of emergency agile work. It was the Prime Ministerial Decree signed by Prime Minister Mario Draghi on 24 September that envisaged, as regards the public service, the return to the presence in the office as “ordinary modality”. The guidelines created with the Ministry of Health are now awaited for the checks on the Green Pass and the management of controls and sanctions.
