Fatal accident in Palmanova where a 62-year-old man from Budoia, Luigi Tonus, lost his life.
Around 4 pm on Friday 19 November, near Porta Aquileia, at the intersection of Borgo Aquileia and via Loredan, a motorcycle and a Chevrolet Matiz collided.
The worst was the motorcyclist, who died despite the intervention of an ambulance and the 118 helicopter rescue.
The causes of the accident are being examined by the police patrol of the Fiumicello-Villa Vicentina station, which intervened on the spot together with the firefighters. At the wheel of the car was a 55-year-old woman of Ukrainian origin.
